You didn’t start this whole entrepreneurship thing to get sucked in.

You wanted flexibility.
You wanted to be there for your kids.
You wanted to build something you loved without feeling like you had to miss your life to do it.

But somewhere along the way, it started feeling like that same business needed you for everything – ‘cause EVERYBODY needs something.

The client needs an answer. Your team is waiting on you. School sends another email. Dinner still has to happen….

And before you know it, everybody got a piece of your day before YOU did.

So you end the day feeling like you worked the whole time, but somehow never getting to the thing you ACTUALLY wanted to do.

If you’ve ever thought, “How did I stay busy all day and still not get to my own work?” ….

You need to look at what you’ve actually BUILT underneath all that.

You probably don’t need another fix.

In fact, you’ve probably solved WAY more than you give yourself credit for.

You moved the recording block. Protected work time. Finally hired that contractor. Bought the strategy. Improved your marketing. Built the backend systems. (#Allthesystems.)

Heck, maybe you even color-coded your Google calendar for good measure.

And hey – most of those really did help.

Every time something felt off, you found the most logical thing to fix next.

But after enough years, “improving the business” just BECOMES the business – leaving YOU still the one who’s holding all of it.

‘Cause every improvement buys you a little breathing room… until the business goes and spends it for you.

Which is funny, isn’t it?

We tell ourselves we’re making all these changes so life gets easier – then the very first thing we do with the extra room is hand it straight back to the business.

‘Cause there’s always one more thing to optimize – one more thing to understand – one more thing standing between you and finally feeling like you’ve caught up.

Like this week’s podcast script.
Or the sales page rewrite.

Or that messaging review you’ve been
trying to finish for, what, 3 weeks now….

Umpteen weeks later, you’ve stopped questioning it – ‘cause it just feels like, “Well… I guess this is what owning a business takes.”

So you stop asking whether the setup itself makes sense… and go looking for the next thing to improve.

Another skill to learn. Another blind spot to fix. Another system to get in place….

And you end up blaming yourself for a problem that’s actually structural.

I think your week could feel a whole lot lighter.

Because if hiring genuinely helped… and the systems really cleaned things up… and batching definitely worked for you… and you’ve tried the schedules, and the planners, and the productivity tricks….

Maybe this isn’t another “find the next logical fix” problem.

See, you already know why this Tuesday went sideways.

The client ran long. School changed the pickup time. Slack exploded. The afternoon disappeared.

You’re not confused about Tuesday – you’re confused about why SO MANY Tuesdays somehow keep ending the same way.

That’s the moment I perk up.

Because one Tuesday is just a story.

Five Tuesdays? Now we’re dealing with evidence.

And that’s where your Audit comes in.

‘Cause I want to look at the system underneath your week.

You fill out a questionnaire – I read through your real week – then I pull up your Human Design chart….

And somewhere in there, I usually start thinking, “Hang on… I don’t actually think THIS is what’s making her week feel so heavy.”

So I put down my coffee and start making myself little notes.

“Interesting… she mentioned moving the podcast twice.”
“School pickup keeps showing up again.”
“Huh… that lines up with her chart.”

‘Cause the sales page isn’t your problem. Your team isn’t the problem. Your calendar isn’t even the problem….

They’re clues.

The REAL question is: What have you built underneath all of this that keeps requiring so much from you??

The to-dos. The responsibilities. The hires. The things you HAVEN’T hired out. The things you DID hire out… but still oversee.

The family logistics. The business structure. The things you’re responsible for remembering. The things that technically belong to somebody else, but somehow still live in your head….

THAT’S the stuff I want to see.

connect the dots for me →

Because I don’t think you’re bad at handling things.

I think you’re really darn good at it. That’s why this can get so sneaky.

You’re capable – so when something needs doing, you do it.

  • When something falls through the cracks, you catch it.
  • When somebody needs an answer, you give it.
  • When the system stops working, you fix it.
  • When the kids need something from you, you rearrange your workday.
  • When the business needs something, you work overtime for it.

Which is exactly how “I can handle it” turns into “I’m responsible for it.”

‘Til your own life became the inconvenient thing.

Because it’s easier to say: “I’ll do it later” than: “I actually want this.”

  • It’s easier to move your workout than ask somebody else to handle the thing you normally handle.
  • It’s easier to push your project to next week than inconvenience the clients who need you.
  • It’s easier to keep doing the thing yourself than create a new SOP and train everyone else on it.
  • It’s easier to say yes than deal with your husband being disappointed.

It’s easier to keep the whole shebang moving than stop and ask: Wait. But what do *I* actually want here??

So you get stuck on one end of the continuum….

Always on. Working. Managing. Remembering. Fixing. Handling. Exhausted. Burned out. Wishing you had a life.

Or the other….

Stuck. Daydreaming. Thinking about the business. Thinking about the offer. Thinking about what you’d do if you actually had the time. Waiting. Wishing you could finally DO something.

Different symptoms – but it’s the same underlying problem….

Your OWN desires getting pushed around (to “later maybe never” land) because they’re inconvenient for everyone else.

So let’s see where that’s happening in YOUR life – ‘cause I guarantee it is – and how that’s affecting your business.

I’m not looking for ways to squeeze more into your day.

I’m trying to figure out how you actually work.

Not how productivity books think you should work.
Not how your favorite business coach works.
Not how some woman on Instagram with three color-coded Notion dashboards works.

How you operate. In YOUR actual life.

Your actual business. Your actual responsibilities. The structure you’ve built to make it all happen.

Because once that’s clear, we can ask way better questions.

  • What can go?
  • What can be simpler?
  • What needs a person?
  • What needs a system?
  • What needs to stop being yours?

And most importantly: What would you, the woman behind this business, actually LIKE to have room for??

Your part is easy.

  1. You give me your messy week.
  2. I do the thinking.
  3. You get the “ohhhhh… THAT’S why” audit.

No really – just fill out the questionnaire. Hand it over. Then go live your life. (Seriously – let me be the one doing the overthinking for a while.)

No week-long time tracking project….
No new systems to learn….
No Zoom meetings….

Within 14 days, I’ll send you a personalized Audit showing you what’s actually making your work-at-home life so darn heavy.

I’ll look at:

→ What you’re currently managing.

The responsibilities, tasks, decisions, people, projects, and logistics that are taking up your time and brain space.

→ What’s underneath the overload.

The structure you’ve built (or need!) around your business and life, including the things you’re handling because you’ve simply become the person who takes care of it.

→ What needs to change first.

Where I’d start to get you off the hamster wheel and back into the work-at-home lifestyle you actually signed up for.

Because once you can see what’s actually creating all this pressure for you, all those little frustrations stop feeling so random.

Pull that thread for me→

And here’s what I’d really love. The next time Tuesday starts wobbling, instead of thinking, “Here we go again….”

You notice what’s happening before it steals the whole afternoon.

Maybe you notice: “Wait. Why am I the one doing this?”
Or: “Why am I still responsible for making sure this gets done?”
Or: “Do I actually need to keep this?”
Or even: “Hang on… I don’t think this needs to be this complicated.”

And you finally get to ask: What would I do with this time if I WASN’T using it to keep everything else running??

That’s the part I care about.

Not you getting better at juggling – having fewer things to juggle.

Because your week doesn’t care what planner you’re using.

Or whether it’s summer. Or whether this week’s Google Calendar colors are particularly inspiring…..

Your week just keeps asking you to work the way it’s always been set up to work.

That’s why I’m less interested in your planner… and much more interested in the structure underneath your whole work-from-home life.

Because if your current setup requires you to be available for everyone, remember everything, oversee everything, fix everything, and somehow still operate the business you want… then a better planner isn’t going to solve that.

We need to look at the setup.

And then we need to decide: Does this still make sense?

That’s what I do.

I’m a homeschooling mom of 5, a podcaster, and a human design Manifestor who’s spent years figuring out how to run a business without pretending she doesn’t have a real family.

(In fact, I actually started with 17 hours a week for my business, with 5 kids at home and a 7-month-old.)

These days, I work about 5 hours most days, do a couple hours of homeschooling, and still have another 3 hours of free time before bed.

And THAT happened ‘cause I kept updating my structure.

‘Cause you could absolutely go try one more strategy.

Or one more mastermind. Or hire another VA. Or find another really smart person with another really smart solution….

But before you throw one more fix at your business, I’d want to know something.

What if your productivity isn’t actually what’s causing the problem?

What’s the clue I’ve been missing?→

Maybe it’s time to stop looping on “Why does my week keep ending up like this?” and find the answer that’s been underneath it.

One last thing….

I don’t think you’re looking for another thing to fix.

I think you’d just like to stop ending every day wondering where all your time went.

To stop feeling like you have to earn the right to slow down.

You’d like to build the business you’ve actually been thinking about.
You’d like to have more time with your kids.
You’d like to take a Friday afternoon off.
Maybe you’d like to work harder – or work less.

See, you’re allowed to want things that are inconvenient for other people.

And if your current setup doesn’t leave room for them… I’d like to know why.

That’s what your Audit is for.

Not another productivity hack.
A look under the hood of your entire business (and life!) setup.

Because once you understand….

  • what you’re managing,
  • why you’re handling it,
  • what your current structure is creating,
  • and what needs to change first,

You stop trying to become someone who’s better at juggling.

And you can start building a work-at-home life that actually has room for you in it.

So instead of handing you another strategy, I start by figuring out what’s actually happening.

Then I can look at your business and say, “Hang on… I don’t think you need to keep carrying THAT anymore.”

Because your ambitions get to be doable in your current season of life.

And if they don’t feel like they are, I’d love to help you.

FAQ

So… what exactly do I get?

A personalized Audit video based on your questionnaire, your real week, and your Human Design chart. I’ll pull those pieces together and show you:

→ What you’re currently carrying.
→ What’s creating the overload underneath the obvious problems.
→ What needs to change first.

Basically: you give me the messy week, I do the thinking, and you get the “ohhhhh… THAT’S why” audit.

How much work is this going to be for me?

About 10 minutes for the questionnaire. That’s it.

No week-long time tracking project.
No new system to learn.
No homework assignment where you suddenly become an amateur anthropologist of your own Google Calendar. 😉

You show me your week, then you go live your life.

Do I need to know anything about Human Design?

Nope. You don’t need to know your chart, understand the terminology, or have any idea what a Manifestor is supposed to do before you start. 😉

That’s my job. I’m using your chart as one piece of the puzzle – alongside what’s actually happening in your week.

How long before I get my Audit?

Within 14 days of submitting your questionnaire. You’ll get a link to your personalized Audit video when it’s ready.

Can you really tell all that from one questionnaire?

I’m not trying to learn every single thing about your business – I’m looking for the patterns.

What keeps getting bumped.
Where your attention keeps going.
What you’ve already tried.
What keeps showing up.
What’s taking up your mental space.
Where you’re carrying responsibility that might not need to be yours.
What seems to work for you – and what clearly doesn’t.

Then I pull those pieces together and look at them through your operating system…. ‘Cause that’s where the interesting stuff tends to show up. 😉

What if my week is a complete mess?

Good. 😉 Seriously – please don’t clean it up for me first. I don’t need your Ideal CEO Week. I need Real Tuesday.

The interruptions. The things that took longer than they should have. The project you meant to work on but didn’t. The thing that somehow became your problem again. The person who needed you. The errand you forgot. The thing you remembered at 11:47 PM….

That’s the useful stuff.

Is this basically a productivity audit?

Nope – ’cause I’m not going to look at your week and tell you to wake up earlier, batch your email, or use a prettier task manager. 😉

I’m trying to understand why your particular week keeps ending up the way it does. And then we’re going underneath the productivity problem to look at the structure that’s creating it.

What if I already know what’s wrong with my week?

You might – and if you do, that’s great.

But I’m less interested in “Tuesday went sideways because school pickup changed” than I am in why the same kind of Tuesday keeps happening.

That’s the difference between fixing this week’s problem and understanding the pattern underneath it.

What if I don’t agree with what you see?

Then you don’t have to do anything with it. 😉 This isn’t me handing down the Ten Commandments of Your Calendar, you know.

I’m giving you my read on the patterns I see, so you can decide what fits.

And really, if something makes you go, “Huh. I never thought about it that way,” that’s exactly the kind of reaction I’m looking for.

What if I don’t even know what I want anymore?

That’s okay.

You don’t need to arrive with a five-year plan – you just need to know that something about the way you’re living and working isn’t working for you anymore.

‘Cause it’s hard to even HEAR what you want when everybody else’s needs are taking up all your available space. So we’ll start by looking at what’s taking up that space.

Why is this $97?

You’re not buying another darn mini course or PDF or GPT prompt.

I want you to have enough skin in the game that you’re actually interested in what I find, ‘cause I’m going to spend my time looking deeply at your particular setup.

All you have to do is give me the messy version – then I’ll show you what I see – and you’ll leave knowing exactly where I’d start to change it.
