Ever wondered *how* you actually go about the process of transforming your week (or your hour) as a mom?
It’s simple – but oh so powerful.
All you have to do is look for what’s feeling sticky in your week, and put those trouble spots on your “brainstorm a solution for” journal page for tomorrow. (Or bring them to me, if we’re coaching together.)
Yes, really! This is exactly what I told a client of mine recently when she wondered what to work on next. “If you always choose what’s sticky, you’ll never run out of things to ask me about and tweak” – it really is that easy.
That’s how you pick what to ask for mentoring on.
That’s how you pick what you need to work on next.
That’s how you know what your trouble spots are.
Just ask yourself: what’s feeling sticky? And the answer will come to you. (Likely multiple of them.)
And then your job is to bring that to me – start discussing the issue and seeing what’s underneath – rather than starting from the top down and wondering what mythical area of your life we should focus on next.
We’re not going according to some sort of preset plan – we’re customizing to *you*! And that fastest – easiest – way to do that is to just follow where it’s sticky.
Because that’s going to lead you right to where you need some change.
How is that landing for you today? Does that sound like an easier way to approach the old “what should I change first about my life” conundrum?
You get to let your pain points be the driver, so that even your next direction in #momlife transformation gets to be easy.
#Momlife made easy – transformation made easy.
It’s that simple when you let your frustration points lead.
