You touched base with all 18 of your clients today, plus ran sessions for 4 of them, but you’re still feeling dissatisfied with your business….
So you pull up Basecamp again, check on everyone’s to-do lists, and make a note to yourself to brainstorm the main tenets of your coaching work (so you could turn them into some sort of evergreen course or hybrid mastermind)….
Because that evergreen program pivot is still there in the corner of your brain, taunting you.
And if you didn’t have to see 18 clients this week, you could streamline your curriculum, work out a partially automated delivery method, and create a new offer to get super efficient with your actual coaching hours.
But you don’t have the time. (See “18 clients.”)
So you look at your bank statement in disgust (those 6-figure chains), close down the laptop, and head off to complain to your husband again….
Instead of changing something about your workload to free up the time needed so you can lay out this pivot.
Aka, you’re settling for watching that inner spark go out, and one day quitting on your business.
But you could fix all of that, just by outsourcing. By giving yourself the white space to plan out what goes into a 1:1-model-to-mastermind swap.
(‘Cause you don’t have any trouble with the planning piece; it’s the TIME to execute that’s lacking.)
But you won’t do it, ‘cause you’re afraid of asking too much if you reshuffle all your contractor roles, ask your husband to take on (or hire out) some of the housework, and blow up your (perfectly successful) 1:1 practice….
Except that’s what it’s going to take to get you EXCITED about entrepreneurship again.
(Just like what it took to carve out the time for business number one in the first place. Think THAT level of reorganization and time redo.)
‘Cause I can create ALL the schedules for you – and I WILL inside my “take back 20 hours per week” program.
You’ll have ALL the time you need to pivot that too-successful business….
But unless we work on your MINDSET around ditching what’s making you money, or being flaky by changing your mind, or letting down your 1:1 clients….
The most streamlined evergreen pivot plan in the world isn’t going to stick.
You’ll self-sabotage this new version of your business.
So that’s why, along with taking those 20 hours a week back, I’m going to hold a transformative brain-rewiring session for you.
Just you.
Digging deep into those “why I’m not allowed to change this” feelings and secrets and fears that lie just beneath the surface.
And when you come out of that session, you’re going to be a completely new woman.
The chains on your business strategy will be cut off.
So. You have a choice.
Delegate enough to carve out that pivot margin – or accept the status quo and look for an exit.
It’s up to you.
But you don’t have to put off that pivot decision (‘cause you’re not confident it’ll fit with your business situation).
DM me when you’re ready to hit those goals and actually ENJOY entrepreneurship again.
